What is R3 Development?
R3 Development is a local community service ministry. It recruits, trains, and employs East St. Louis youth in construction trades. This co-ed program teaches job skills, Biblical worldview, and work ethic.
What We Do
We provide training in job readiness, team building, and career strategies. We instill positive values through hands-on construction work. We support youth in advancing toward stable futures.
