Shane has served as the Sr. Pastor of Christ Church in Fairview Heights, Illinois, since 1997. With his strengths of vision casting, preaching, teaching, soul winning, and leadership, Christ Church weekend worship attendance has increased under his leadership from 200 in 1997 to over 3,000 each week in 2022. Shane was named a “Distinguished Evangelist” by the Foundation for Evangelism in 2010.

Rev. Ashley Cooper, from England, is a Methodist minister with over 25 years in evangelism and leadership. He served as District Evangelism Enabler, Senior Minister at Swan Bank, led the ECG conference, and became Principal of Cliff College (2017–2025), transforming it into a global center for evangelism. In the summer of 2025, he relocated to the USA to serve as Executive Pastor of Christ Church.

Rev. Dr. Don Frazure is the Pastor of Worship Arts at Christ Church of Fairview Heights, IL. The Pascagoula, Mississippi native debuted with New York City Opera as Tamino in Mozart's The Magic Flute (2001) and the Metropolitan Opera (2003). He has performed with the Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra and is a regular soloist with the Bach Society of St. Louis. A Juilliard Opera Center graduate, Don holds degrees from William Carey University, University of Southern Mississippi, and Webber Institute.

Scott Martin is a lifelong resident of the Belleville/Fairview Heights, IL area. He joined Christ Church staff with more than 20 years of organization and operations management experience at a large aerospace company. He, his wife, and four children have been members of Christ Church since 2003 and he has served on the greeter ministry team, the summer mission trip team, the trustees committee, and the leadership council prior to joining the staff. He has a heart for maturing the church operations to enable sustainable growth in alignment to the church mission.

Larry Weber is the Director of Campuses at Christ Church, where he adeptly manages, supports, and leads the dynamic ministries across the Collinsville/Maryville, Millstadt, and Scott Air Force Base locations, ensuring seamless coordination for thousands of congregants. A mighty man of faith with over two decades in church leadership.

Pastor Kevin Siddle is Pastor of Discipleship at Christ Church in Fairview Heights, Illinois. He leads adults deeper in faith through biblical study, small groups, and authentic community. A passionate Bible teacher, he hosts Walk Through the Word daily devotionals, fighting biblical illiteracy with clear insights from all 66 books.
