Shane has served as the Sr. Pastor of Christ Church in Fairview Heights, Illinois, since 1997. With his strengths of vision casting, preaching, teaching, soul winning, and leadership, Christ Church weekend worship attendance has increased under his leadership from 200 in 1997 to over 3,000 each week in 2022. Shane was named a “Distinguished Evangelist” by the Foundation for Evangelism in 2010.

Rev Ashley Cooper currently serves as the Executive Pastor at Christ Church arriving in August 2025. Ashley has been a regular visiting preacher at Christ Church since 2012. Ashley began his ministry in 1999 in the Methodist Church of Great Britain. He has worked for the national church in the Evangelism Team and as the Senior Pastor at Swan Bank Church from 2007-2018 leading it through a period of renewal and growth. Most recently Ashley has served as the Principal of Cliff College in Hope Valley, United Kingdom. Cliff is one of the two theological training colleges for the Methodist Church in Britain with an emphasis on developing leadership in evangelism and missions. Ashley has an undergraduate degree in Theology, a postgraduate in Social and Pastoral Theology, and a Master's in Applied Theology. He has been a regular speaker at Festivals and Conferences both in the UK and globally. Alongside his professional ministry roles, he has also served as Chaplain at Port Vale Football Club (proper football), combining pastoral care with a lifelong love of the game as a committed football fan. He is looking forward to being a regular at the St Louis CITY SC ground.

Rev. Dr. Don Frazure is the Pastor of Worship Arts at Christ Church of Fairview Heights, Illinois, where he has served since 2006. In 2001, the Pascagoula, Mississippi native made his New York City Opera debut as Tamino in Mozart’s The Magic Flute, and debuted with the Metropolitan Opera in Wagner’s Parsifal in 2003. Don has garnered critical acclaim with the Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra, the symphony orchestras of Alabama, Atlanta, Baltimore, Nashville, National, and New Jersey, and he is a featured soloist on Boston Baroque Orchestra’s recording of Bach’s Magnificat (Telarc, 2005). He is also a regular guest soloist with the Bach Society of St. Louis Don is the winner of the 2003 Sullivan Award and the 1999 Licia Albanese-Puccini Foundation International Voice Competition. Other awards include the MacAllister Awards, Opera Index and the Liederkranz Foundation of New York. A graduate of the Juilliard Opera Center, Don holds the B.M. and M.M. degrees in vocal performance from William Carey University and the University of Southern Mississippi respectively, and the Doctor of Worship Studies degree from the Webber Institute for Worship Studies. Don and his wife Rachel have been married since 1996 and have two grown daughters.

Alan brings dedicated leadership to ensure long-term sustainability and member engagement with Christ Church.

Larry Weber is Pastor of Ministries at Christ Church. Larry and his wife, Nancy, are high school sweethearts and South Dakota farm kids. They have been married for over 55 years and have seven children and 15 grandchildren. Larry holds graduate degrees in Public School Administration from Northern State University in South Dakota and Western Illinois University. He retired after serving as an elementary principal, business college President/Owner, and school superintendent in several states from 1971 until his retirement in 2010. Larry was an administrator at Mt. Olive School in Central Illinois, Wolf Branch School District in Swansea Illinois, and in the Germantown School District just before his retirement. Those positions brought him to the area and to Christ Church. He joined the Christ Church staff as the Director of Children and Adult Ministries after serving as chairperson of the Personnel Committee. He was asked to serve as Director of Campus Development when Christ Church began its campuses in 2011. Larry was the point person in establishing the campuses and their Leadership Teams. Larry was licensed as a Pastor in 2022. In addition to his responsibilities for the two Christ Church satellite Campuses at Collinsville and Scott, Pastor Larry shares responsibility for Congregational Care and Missions for Christ Church with Rev. Ashley Cooper, Executive Pastor.

Pastor Kevin Siddle is Pastor of Discipleship at Christ Church in Fairview Heights, Illinois. He leads adults deeper in faith through biblical study, small groups, and authentic community. A passionate Bible teacher, he hosts Walk Through the Word daily devotionals, fighting biblical illiteracy with clear insights from all 66 books.

Amanda Cates serves Christ Church as the Family Ministry Director, where she has faithfully invested 15 years of leadership, care, and vision into connecting families with Christ and nurturing spiritual growth across generations. With a deep passion for ministry shaped both by her professional role and personal experience, Amanda has also raised her four children within the life of the church, giving her a unique and authentic perspective on family discipleship. She has been happily married to her husband, Dan, for 25 years, and together they have built a strong foundation of faith and family. Amanda is known for her relational leadership style, steady commitment, and heart for building community. Outside of her work, she enjoys a good cup of coffee and can often be found cheering on her children at their sporting events.
